A partnership of literacy & human service providers working together to help families reach self-identified educational & employment goals.

Pathways to Family Success was established in 2002. The mission of the program is to create a true human service coalition providing a seamless system of integrated literacy and support services which help a family improve their quality of life.

Family literacy is parents and children learning together and/or improving literacy skills at the same time.

The program services the whole family because parents are the child's first teacher, literacy begins at home, when a parent is supported, the child is supported and the higher a parent's educational level, the better able a parent is  to support a child's educational journey and the more stable the economics of the family.

A seamless system is its community organizations working together and sharing resources to minimize duplication and maximize results.
